Hi,
Here's just a quick system spec for reference in this post:
- Windows 8.1 x64
- Intel i5-2310M 2.5GHz
- 12GB RAM
- Intel HD Graphics 4000
And just as a reference to how my monitors are setup (From left to right):
- 1280x1024 LG Monitor
- 1920x1080 ViewSonic Monitor
- 1920x1080 Monitor (unknown brand, got it as a gift several years ago)
I've had the ObjectDesktop suite for a while now, and I've loved it so far, but I recently ran into a bit of a bug, although my guess is that it's a hardware issue rather than a software one, but I figure it wouldn't hurt to ask. I don't use DeskScapes as my wallpaper, I use it as my screensaver, as I found it distracting to have things moving on my screen while I'm working. I have been using monitors 2 and 3 for some time now, and DeskScapes worked fine for those two, but I recently added a third monitor to the mix (monitor 1), and I started having problems.
The two monitors that work fine with DeskScapes are both running at 1920x1080 and the screens both showed exactly the same thing. The third monitor that I recently added runs at 1280x1024. The problem I'm having is that when it kicks into the screensaver, it shows up with half of the screensaver on the smaller monitor (but takes up the whole monitor), and the other half of it on one of the other monitors. Then the other half of that second monitor has a blue screen (the windows 8 color scheme I chose) and then the final monitor has the half blue screen and half screensaver going on.
I'm assuming that because they're running at a different aspect ratios it's causing the screensaver to show up incorrectly, but of course, I'm not 100% certain. It could also be that my video card doesn't technically support 3 monitors, but I don't have any other problems with it other than this issue with the screensaver.
Anyway, I was just wondering if there is a way to either disable the screensaver on one particular monitor, or to choose which monitor the dreams will play on.
Thanks for any assistance!
