I got start 8 when it came out and love the way they worked it up. Its a was a very unintelligent choice to drop the start menu on desktops and laptops. Testing win 10 and installed start 10 and love having the windows 7 menu back. Win 10 does have a good start panel and it looks better than win 8.1, but I think XP/win7 always had the best start button/menus.
