Right clicking on Tablauncher will bring up a menu. Click properties and it's all there

it's set up more or less like Control Center's options dialog. You can add, remove, rename and reorder your tabs in there. Sometimes it goes buggy and throws your shortcuts on the wrong tab when you do that though. You can also turn off the titlebar, set it to autohide, and choose a hotspot to pop it up. I like to disable the tray and taskbar icons for it and have it pop up in the bottom left corner where my start menu would be... if I didn't have my taskbar hidden
The app doesn't seem to get a lot of priority update wise, it's been the same ever since I first saw it. But it does what it's supposed to do and that's good enough for me. The reason there's no demos is because it's one of those extra toys you get with object desktop.
