RECOMMENDATIONS:

-Add to Application file rule: msi, bat

-Add to Video rule: flv, mp4

-Add to Images rule: pcx

ISSUES:

-When Auto Organizing for Vids to default to a fence, some movie files that are in folders go to the fence but some stay on the desktop.

-When Auto Organizing for the Application files to default to a fence, it takes some shortcuts with it when you don't even have the shortcut extension indicated.

-When you have different icons already in a fence and you change it's rules for only specific items to be in it, the fence doesn't kick those 'intruders' out.

-When Auto Organizing for the Pics to default to a fence, it doesn't take folders that have pics in them with it.

-The most dangerous of them all: There's a chance that when you create a new folder and give it a name and press enter, that it will batch rename alot of desktop items to that exact same name!

All of these issues were experiences in the first 30 minutes of configuring this thing. And this is a new machine with a brand new windows install. I see that this program wasn't tested with a Standard account in mind at all.
