help please.. Unable To Activate Deskscapes License Is Registered With Different Comp

Please help me I made fresh instal of windows and I receive message of not beeing able to activate as it is registered with different computer.

Re-Installed Descapes 8.10. Maximum activations reached. Can someone reset this for me?
