tranparency problem for certain title bar

I have problems with certain program as virtualbox or minecraft. It became transparent totally so unusable. I ve had this problem with firefox but there was a procedure for this kind of problem but that was only for firefox.

Have you excluded these applications from WindowBlinds skinning them?

Did you have Minecraft running while you changed skins or was it closed during this time? I tested it just now: Set a skin, opened Minecraft and it skinned as it should.

Oracle VM VirtualBox is already reported as an application that isn't being skinned properly by WB.

already tried to excluded it.... maybe minecraft was running, don't know anymore. the launcher is okey, the game is not and I've tried to change the skin afterwards, not a change.
