I love Fences, and have had for years.  It is typically the first application I've installed on a new OS load on my systems for years.

But there is one small annoying thing, and that is the title bar doesn't stay at the top of the fence window when dragging to the very top of the screen.  I don't like how the title bar shifts to the bottom.  For some, obviously, this is great, but not for me.  Can we get an option thrown in that will dictate:

- Keep title at top
- Keep title at bottom
- Auto-place title

Default to "Auto-place" and keep it going as is for less impact to current installs, but the "Keep title at top" option is one of the options I'll be turning on.
