windows 7 starter

Can't change the wallpaper with windowblinds or deskcapes

Bah. Can anyone help?

I never owned a Windows 7 Starter machine, but a friend had a netbook with it. I think it is an OS limitation.

The starter addition has these features disabled within the OS. You cannot change the background at all.
