Win 8.1 has Snap left and right 50%, How about horizontally?

Win 8.1 has Snap left and right 50%, How about horizontally


Is there a program that can do this?  I can do it with spreadsheets in Excel 2010:


View / Arrange All / Horizontal


This would be useful with Notepad++, and Excel, on a 23" monitor

this is a feature Windows has since more than twenty years if i remember correctly. just right-click an empty area of your taskbar.

OMG, thank you moshi

 

I wonder why they make such a big deal about the "new" Snap feature in Win 8

 

This is supposed to be a big deal with Apps in Win 8.1 also

 

They should just say what you said, and that it has been enhanced for Apps
