I've had an annoying issue with WindowBlinds for some time - occasionally after loading my Windows 8 taskbar would be blank and my buttons to restart/shut down pc would have no text. Restarting explorer through task manager fixes this issue.

I think this might be related to WB loading order or perhaps loading too soon. I've tried to delay the start of wbsrv.exe service but it won't let me. It there a way to delay its start or any other way to fix this issue without constantly having to reload explorer?
