Stardock,
I love Fences. Really has helped me do things better. But, here are my problems, and I can easily isolate their behavior.
Okay, I hibernate Windows 7, then I come back from Hibernate. Fences won't allow icons to be moved into the Fence container. It does not SLIDE them in. They just drop on the desktop where they are placed on top of the container.
Then, another bug after this situation: the container can be moved, but it acts like no icons are in it and, I think, that icons disappear and Fence is moveable but no icons in the container. They kindof hide and are only visible when the Fence is moved of the them.
But, I reboot or log out of the Account, then I log back in. Everything is fine. But, it is painful because I save energy and Hibernate alot during the course of a week.
This would be easily to Camtasia, I think, to prove it to you. Probably other people have this issue.
Also, I don't know how to stop Fences, like kill it, then reload it without log-out or Reboot. This might be a feature change to help with this issue.
Also, I wish Fences existed in the SysTray, then I could edit properties just like ActualTools products or ALMOST ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE where you can modify it easily without going to Control Panel.
If you have used ActualTools Actual Window Manager. It is brilliant how they allow you to pause it, backup the status, restore status, etc. Then, that would allow a workaround until the above is figured out and resolved.
