Feature Request:  Could you implement something that would indicate if the Fences were locked?

Suggestion 1: Can the lock icon on the top right of each fence be replaced with a lock icon when it is locked?  I find that even when it is locked the X will still appear, which I sometimes think that i can just click on it, and which obviously won't work because it is locked, (which may send users contacting the support staff or this forum and wonder why it doesn't work, and/or file a bug report for this)

Suggestion 2:  Put up a popup warning when we try to click the X or the Settings Icon (or the Lock icon if the above suggestion was implemented) on the Fence when it is locked.  The popup warning would indicate a reminder that the Fences are locked, and how it can be removed.  It should also have a checkbox option to allow the user to prevent this popup from appearing in the future.
