Install Error Msg - Win 8.1

When I try to install the latest upgrade I get the error msg: "The following minimum system requirements were not met: Operating System..."  Then it list several different Windows OS. Will this upgrade not work with the latest Win 8 upgrade? Or maybe I just need to close WindowBlinds first?

What has probably happened is at one point you told the OS that the installer did not complete correctly and it has applied compatibility flags which is telling the OS it is an earlier version of windows.

Right click on the installer and check the compatibility tab and force it to Windows 7 or 8.
