(UI complains of Wingding Font not having "regular style" & crashes so I can't ever see the settings screen at all)

Here is a picture of the window I receive every time I try to load settings window.

After I close this, every dock on my screen pulls out like they do when you are changing settings, but there continues to be no settings screen UI.

So...is this just a matter of me missing the Wingding 3 font on the whole computer (though I didn't remove any fonts...), or is it a setting I can possibly easily change through a .ini file or something like that?

Any help at all would be appreciated extremely.  






Also, if anyone else has happened to run into the stacks docklet problem I have, I would be unbelievably thankful to the point of fantastic if you maybe figured out how to make it work & might be able to tell me how. It screws with the docks & the program so that only one dock displays out of about 5 or 6 & the docks left act really odd.
