Version 1 allowed setting the title bar at the top or bottom of a fence, but after upgrading to v2.12 (from v1) I can no longer do this.  Please provide an option to  individually set a fence's title to the top or bottom, unrelated to the position on the screen.

I previously set some fences at the top of the screen with the titlebar at the bottom of the fence. This pushes the icons to the very top, making them easier to select with multiple apps open, but leaving the app positioned to easily access those top icons.  I can (and do) also have important icons positioned on the sides and bottom, with the least important icons towards the center of the screen.

Great app, I hope you continue to enhance and make it even better!
