Anyway after he fell asleep I went out and starting monkeying around with my aquifer pump and squashed a finger, cut my forearm, and nicked a shin. It's all JM's fault of course for falling asleep! Not really thought. I was relaying to JM that I was signing off. I know now why he didn't respond.

Games?! Who's got time for games?! While I'm downloading, (which doesn't take long since I got 1Mb/sec broadband) I play Photoshop 5.5, a great game from Adobe.

I play a game called "Let's stare at the screen and watch a blue line going across the screen while a thing just under it says 2.00kb/s"

It's kinda hard to explain the rules, but once you know them, it's easy.

Just don't cheat, or else you'll never be forgiven.

i'm usually d/l'ing stuff from multiple sites at once while running online streaming video with the volume nixed so i can hear the streaming audio from musicmatch at the same time with a couple IM windows open and usually cleaning out the HD in the background from the junk I d/l'ed earlier that day.

on behalf of 1/3 of the thread's mass (now that is a scary accomplishment! ) can i just say all visitors are welcome!

it is just that the thread has been going since the 27th January 2002 !!!

so in the last 11 months with only a handful of regular posters, we have developed our own little universe

just take a little time to settle in, and for us to get used to you, is all.

just don't be surprised if the animals get a bit excited at times, we don't get many visitors

as for "being insufficiently hirsute", GM, JavaBean and werewolf half the time aren't exactly furry either, and they are all regulars
