Sorry for the trouble. I am not seeing any activation attempts listed for you so it is possible that something is blocking your ability to activate.
At times, we see clients that are on firewalled corporate \ government networks having issues activating with the standard method. In these cases, we have them try the manual activation here:

This should work to activate your product if followed through to conclusion. However, if you run into trouble, at the very least, send us (support@stardock.com) the text file (2240.txt) that the instructions indicate and we can activate for you.
