Elevated Settings Won't Persist

Limited Privilege Settings Work

OS: Windows 8.1

Problem: When you run Windows FX as administrator, the settings appear to save but when running an application as administrator, the animation isn't what is saved.

Note: Otherwise, it works well and as old as my laptop is and running Windows 8.1, WindowFX works quite well.
