You will receive an 'auto-reply'. DO NOT RESPOND TO IT! Doing so will kick your request for help to the end of the queue.
Keep it as it has your ticket number. You can add that ticket number to your original post.
Only answer emails which are signed by an actual support person. Since it is now the weekend, expect an answer on Monday or Tuesday, most likely.
