Basically a "Dream" is an animation or movie consistent of several frames/Images so the answer to that would have to be -No

Edit: You could of course put an effect on that single image and call it a Dream....but -Nah

Don't get mad.

 

You could, if you were very ambitious, alter the image and add new layers making it into a sequence to  animate , then convert, but the quality of your skill will dictate it's result. That is why Neone said, nah! It could be done but why when you could actually use video which would be better.

With screensaver maker ( for preview ) and animation maker ( for avi video ) you can turn any Jpeg Image ( HD 1080p res. )  into animation video for Dreams 

Today's Dreams should be made in HD 1080p resolution for Best Results !

Free to try then cheap to buy !

additional video editing for the loop will be probably be required using a good video

editing program or Free Windows Movie Maker can do many .

and you might need a video converter program , you need to end up with AVI video !

Not to mention a ( swf ) converter also if you want a video preview for your dream ..keep that under 2MB's file size !!!

then using Dream Maker turn your AVI video into a Dream , that simple !

Of Course you'll need permission for the images unless there yours .

and some artistic talent to produce good dreams ...

So you see kinda of a lot of work to make a dream , you up for an Adventure ?
