Latest versions of SkinStudio & WindowsBlinds for XP?

Can someone please tell me what the latest versions of SkinStudio and WindowsBlinds were, that worked in Windows XP? I have written Stardock directly but I can't get them to reply. Please someone help.

SkinStudio would have been 7.30 and Windowblinds would have been 7.41.1.
