My favorite is still the R.I.P 2007 Suite, it's seems to have gotten forgotten over the years, I can't even find the link to download it anymore; I would love to see it re-released maybe with some minor fixes to be more windows 7/8 friendly.

R.I.P 2007 is a subscriber skin. If you're a subscriber click on the arrow next your nic at the top of the home page. A drop down box appears and there you can click on subscriber skins.
