Fallen Enchantress Legendary Heroes Coupon?

Have Fallen Enchantress and want to upgrade

I want to upgrade Fallen Enchantress to Legendary Heroes. The price for me is 4.99. When i click on "get it now" it asked for a coupon? Should i have one? If yes can i have a new one via e-mail, maybe i missed something here. I have Fallen Enchantress of course.

The coupon section is optional. Since you do not have one, you can leave it blank and proceed without it.
