Cannot install Windowblinds on Windows 8.1

I upgraded a baseline window 8 to windows 8.1 and after installing the latest version of windowblinds, when I try to apply a style, it tells me that windowsblinds is not installed correctly.  When I tell it to fix the installation, it hangs fort awhile but does nothing as far as I can tell.

try a complete re-install of windowblinds.

We see this with clients that have ESET installed.  If that is the case for you, please see the knowledgebase article at: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Knowledgebase/Article/View/424/124/windowblinds-states-that-windowblinds-is-not-installed-correctly-on-this-pc

Yes I had Eset Smart Security 7 installed and yes this fixed the problem.  Thank you.
