Last week I bought a licence of Fences.

After the payment was finnished, I was able to download the software and the serial number.

Installed the software and after, attempted to activate with the user account and also with the serial number (the two possible methods).

The activation presented an error saying that it was unable to save the activation.

I tried several times and then another message apeard saying that the maximum activation attempts was reached and that I needed to send a message to support requesting the reset of the counter (?????).

The message was sent but no response til now.

Can anyone help me. I just bought a software but I´m stuked with the activation of it.
