I think I have practically read all the older posts on this subject but cannot find an answer.

I have been using Fences for some time now and like them very much. Now I am on release  v1.01.143. I have had some problems with viruses which I have fixed and everything except Fences is working normally again.

I cannot rename or delete a fence. I do not have any reference to Fences in my right-click menu. I tried re-installing Fences (the solution opted by one of the forum posts) and lost all my fences and most of my icons on the fences. Strangely enough when I searched for for an item on my desktop which was not displayed, my search did find it and told me it was on my desktop! (but I could not see it). I tried restoring my desktop but that really did not work, if anything it made things worse.

I have now used a system restore (lucky I had a recent restore point!!) and have my old desktop layout back. However, I cannot delete or rename any fences (Catch 22!, déja vú, been there before!).

So obviously I do not want to re-instal the application. Is there a Registry fix I can make? (I have no fear of adjusting the registry), can I manually add entries to my right-click menu or is there anything else I can do to fix my problem?
