"So Nintendo licensed Object Desktop Lite [from Stardock] which includes WindowBlinds + IconPackager + WinStyles integrated together," then hired on Pixtudio to create a Gamecube themed suite.
My Question: Is it possible for a developer, like myself, to license the rights sell skins/suites commercially? Commercially, as in the form of a package that contains DesktopX objects/themes on cd that customers could install on their PCs along with Stardock's individual or combined components like DesktopX and Windowblinds.
Without giving too much information away, I have a few components I've been working on that is of good enough quality that I believe may sell quite well, but I'm unsure of the procedure and legal rights involved. While I'm a developer, I'm not into the legal mombo jumbo found in the legal sections of Stardock's installers.

Before the story of Nintendo/Pixtudio I didn't even know an Object Desktop Lite was available (really, who knew?), so maybe the Stardock might be willing to work with people with different needs.

Thanks for your time,
Ron.
