I've searched around the web to no avail so thought I'd ask the community here at WC. I was wondering if anyone knew how to invoke a balloon tip that normally displays in the tray notification area (the one with the settings/close button).

Make a WBA of the skin you're working on and install it.
@ 2of3 This only displays it for a short amount of time, despite changing the timeout value on windows itself. Thanks for the reply though
