What ever happened to this concept? A Windows .theme file is capable of changing any/all system icons, all the cursors, wallpaper, color scheme and sounds, and it's built right in to Windows. Why do we need IconPackager and CursorXP. WindowBlinds is the only real necessity needed, and I think that basic functionality is built in to XP as well.
I appreciate all you artists that have worked on the icon and cursor packages. I just think your work could be much more widely enjoyed if you'd share it with all Windows users, not just Stardock customers.
