For those who installed Windowblinds v6 8 and have Nod32 on their computers, I want to report that this antivirus windowblinds generates a fault, which leaves no load visual themes, and throws them a message saying "Windowblinds does not Appear to be installed on your machine Correctly. Would you like to try to fix this issue now? ". Hips module blocks your dll and leads to failure. The solution then is to disable this module and restart the computer. At the re-start is all working properly.
