On the old windowblind for window xp and 7 you had it where you could change the background colors of the folders. You know you open a folder and with window 8 its white only and on window blinds 7 you could change that . Why can't you do with windowblind for window 8? Unless Windows 8 give that but so far I hadn't find it let. Just update my PC and it run window 8 with all that touch stuff I can't use and never will.... Thanks
open windowblinds and then click background, you will see 2 tabs, one called wallpaper the other called explorer background, click that and it will take you to the explorer background settings, hope this helps
