Can i make some sort of popup menu?

Hi all!

 

First off, im swedish and dont know all the english terms so this might have been brought up before.

Im looking for a way to put a folder on the dock with shortcuts and when i click it, it pops up in a nice way.

I know i can choose to "show the folder in a menu" but the icons gets small and thats not what i am looking for.

Right click on the dock and then on docklets. You can enable what's called a fly out menu. When you click on the icon you'll get a menu with what is inside that folder. The icon will remain the same size.
