If you have multiply fences you can can adjust the Opacity of each under view, put the mouse of one of the fences and right click, not what you are looking for but it may be a short term fix. Now unfortunately if they mouse over to where the hidden fence is they will be able to see it.
You could also move one or two fences to another page.
