Not sure if anyone is still reading this thread but I am getting a bit desperate. I am a longtime Stardock user - Repurchased Object Desktop - in large part to get Fences 2.0 (& thought I would check out some of the other new offerings too) but cannot get it to load without endless purchase prompts. Initially, got "Product activation could not write the activation signature" errors - consulted FAQ & tried again - then messages saying my software had been activated (when it hadn't - yet more purchase prompts!) & now "maximum activations reached" messages. After 24 hours of loading & reloading, I still haven't been able to activate Fences! I submitted a support ticket but no response as of yet. Can someone in Stardock support please help?! Thanks.

I have the same problem ... "Product activation could not write the activation signature". Stardock reset my account because of MAXIMUM ACTIVATIONS REACHED. Now i still have "Product activation could not write the activation signature" and anyone from Stardock cant help me. I have email with instructions but they didnt work. Now after 7 days i still cant work with Fences (for Stardock information VQM-678-93806)
