New Betas for Decor8 and WindowFX Available with Windows 8.1 Support

Decor8 and WindowFX beta updates with support for the Windows 8.1 Preview are available for registered users from http://downloads.stardock.com.

Decor8 on Windows 8.1 Preview can no longer customize the number of rows of Modern Start menu items (support for that has been removed from
Windows).

Yes, WB8 supports 8.1. There's a few little glitches, but by and large it's happy. We'll tweak next month.

OK, I can't currently use WB 8 on Windows 8 due to a conflict with Display Fusion and taskbars. I can use Beta 7.98 though. I hope this is addressed next month, as well.

I'm using WB 8 on 8.1 Preview with Display Fusion (v.50.1) and it's 95% working - couple of glitches but nothing I can't work around.

Interesting anomaly - (at least with my system) run WFX BETA at the same time running DS8 and gets the following:

"Unable to play dream unable to start DirectX on your machine. Please try rebooting and if is this continues try updating your video drivers"

Note: DirectX is actually running when I get this message. It is not enough to shut down WFX B- I need to reboot to choose individual dreams in DS8.

Just something to consider as you tweak the program.
