ObjectDock is a stand alone.
If you have questions pertaining to this, perhaps it would serve you better to write to sales@stardock.com or support@stardock.com.
Account questions are generally better handled by email.
As always, when you write, your response will initially come come as an 'autoreply' to the email associated with your account. If you don't see it, check your email's spam/junk folder.
Don't answer it. Save it as it has your ticket number. Only answer emails from an actual person, and wait for a response. Writing before getting that will only kick your request for help to the end of the queue.
