Just installed Fences 2.1. Had difficulty creating a Folders Portal. Finally worked after a reboot. Now I cannot delete that fence. Clicking the X or the menu icon does nothing. Right clicking inside the fence does not reveal a fences config item like it does in the other fences. Reboot changes nothing.
