I've been a press operator for 22 years. 22 years of lifting 50 pound reams of paper in and out of presses. 22 years of bending at the knees to lift. They told us that it saves your back, but they neglected to tell us it blows out the knees.

All the joints are starting to break down. I'm no stranger to the aching hips and legs and feet. Sometimes, even my back. I'm already at the maximum dosage of
Advil for each day. Couple more years and I'll have to seriously consider giving it up for a desk job. A lot less money, but a lot less stress on the body.
I feel for you Wise. I know how much the pain can drive one temporarily crazy.
