Restoring Fences Settings From Old Drive

I had a partial HDD failure recently where I lost enough sectors to require replacing the disk but about 95% of the disk is readable.  The disk is not however bootable.

Do I have any means of recovering Fences settings and layout from this disk (assuming the necessary files are readable)?
