Stretch Start screen

I think that´s what he means.

I, on the other hand don´t have a clue how you werk multiple/split screens.

If Neone6 is correct, DeskScapes will do it.  https://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/

 

 

Also, you can use DisplayFusion.    http://www.displayfusion.com/

 

If you have windows8, multi monitor support is built in.
