As notified earlier the zipfile created by the Stardock Diagnostics tool was too large too attach. I have split it into 3 rar files and emailed them to you guys at Stardock support. Please let me know asap of your assessment as I really like the game but can't play it as it keeps crashing and/or not loading!!

So thanks for the suggestion about disabling Thundermaster. I tried but to no avail...I also note the ticket has been closed again as resolved....well unfortunately the error continues on.... so what's next. As I noted in my email response the hex address identified in the error message is always the same.

Tickets close automatically if they are not responded to.
Replying reopens them.
