For awhile now... Whenever I open new windows or when something in the system tray has a pop up... (for example: windows update with it's little window saying new updates are availible) The start bar appears and then hides, as if you have the option to hide until you roll over it with your mouse.
I have the option in ObjectDock on to hide it permanently.
I have the option in windows config to NOT hide it until mouseover. So why it is doing that is very strange.
