Okay, so I recently did a fresh install of Windows 7 and re-installed ObjectDock. Before, whenever say I had a message on Steam, the icon on the dock would flash, now it does nothing. I was curious as to how to get the 'flashing' back. I hope I'm making this as simple as possible, as I've tried tons of settings, to no avail.
