Objectdock activation problem

Hi,

I recently reinstalled WK7 64bit on my laptop and now I cannot activate my Objectdock. Error message " Maximum activation reached". I opened Ticket #TUV-876-27979 but did not get a response. The knowledge base solution posted is incorrect and did not help.

Please advise.
