My Explorer background (right pane) is different, depending on the way I move to a folder.
To show what I mean I have added two partions under Libraries and used the Top Hat skin.
If I start in Libraries (left pane, folder tree), I can select Disks and then Backup (G:) and I will get the grey background defined by the skin as shown in first attached picture. I can then even select subfolders and the background remains the same colour.
If, however, I select Computer and then Backup (G:) in the left pane (folder tree) I get a white background as shown in the second picture.
With some other skins, like Cimmerian, I get the same results. Again with some others, I also get a white background but then the text also becomes
transparent.
I tried several things, like reinstall (and cleaning the registry before installing), reinstall after disabling EMET and my anti-virus, etc. but the result remains the same.
Could someone tell me how to always get the same grey (skin) colour?
