Google Chrome not snapping to edges

Hi guys,

I have run in to a simple problem. All my programs snap to the edge of the screen quite easily, but my Google Chrome just won't. Firefox and Explorer have no issues whatsoever. Has anyone ran into anything like this before, maybe with Chrome as well?
