Family matters to me. My adopted daughter Jessie and her hubby Dustin own, relative term, two three year old male tabbies named Fidget and Buddy. I agreed to take them in because, truth to tell, they needed to be with them. I do not know the circumstances of where they were being kept, really none of my business, but I do know hat Jessie and Dustin missed them terribly. They got to see them infrequently, meaning whenever they got the chance to travel to Delaware. Here at least they can be with their cats as often as they like. Fidget is the sociable one. He took less than day to get to know me and his new home. Buddy on the other hand likes his solitude, he found a spot in the walk in closet where he spends most of his time. One of my downstairs neighbors has a dog so I figure pets are allowed hence my agreeing to take them in. I love cats because they are so independent. Here's the payoff......newlyweds reunited with family and the smile on their faces...priceless. Not to mention the feel good sensation of having them here. Christmas this time around was the best! Just thought I'd share. I'll post some pics first chance I get.
