But WindowBlinds can skin the toolwindows frames; sometimes does this task in UIS1 mode (as TheGreenreaper commented on a thread on this messageborad, look their skin BlackComb, it works in some apps but crashes sometimes); WinXP skin the toolbars without problems.
I don't say that StyleXP are better. WindowBlinds have more customization options than StyleXP, and WB have more good designed skins.
I don't wish to offend WindowBlinds programmers, their skinners and the vendor Stardock on their website... i only comment the differences between WindowBlinds and STyleXP.
I don't appreciate a Application or a skin reading the comments and rates that posted the users... for experience i know that a good skin can be poor rated, or. a simple and recursive skin are highly appreciated.
Maybe, WIndowBlinds and Winamp are the first popular skinned applications, and the first will be always one step forward than others
