One thing I've noticed over the years is how often someone thinks a post (blog, fb, tweet, etc.) is about them. Makes me think of the song "you're so vain".

Anyone else ever experience that?

Hmm. It depends ... if its a social thing (face-book status, etc) and I know them closely, there is always that feeling that it could be about me (even if it ends up just being something silly).

Usually in intellectual discussion though, I don't tend to think a post is directed at me unless I am addressed by name

Sometime I post for truth, or sometime it's about me and my life i'm living...or sometime we speaking or posting rather as counsel or counsellors but sometime someone is destoryer or steal rather than help build other or sow seed in thier mind... sometime trolling, I guess.
