The Application Failed to Initialize

Crash on launch

Just Installed Fences2 on WinXP VM running on Win7 host.
Similar setup (on a different image) works fine with Fences 1.01.143.

When I launch Fences, I immediately get "The Application Failed to Initialize".

Suggestions?
